Does US AT&T network get coverage in Mexico?

I know it works for Canada. What about Mexico, traveling to Cancun?

I just came back from Baja and once you get a little far from the border, it will switch over to roaming and automatically pick Telcel. As for you, I am guessing you are going to fly to Cancun and in that case you will be roaming on Telcel. Donโ€™t expect the nice and cozy 5G speeds over there but the internet is fast enough to get the job done.

I can tell that Visible ๐Ÿ’ฉ although advertise coverage with their plan Visible+ in the reality has no connection. Stay away from Visible.

Just travelled there for thanksgiving. No coverage problems at all. Speed was on par with LTE. Donโ€™t use the hotels free WiFi unless you got a VPN that you pay for. But the whole point is to be on vacation so put the phone away and enjoy!
