Does Uber actually not do COL adjustments across the US?
Just finished an onsite at Uber for New Grad swe and they said that you’ll make the same salary in CO as the Bay Area. Is this just if you transfer internally or would a new grad offer for CO be the same? Thanks!

Amazon is the basically the same. We pay a little more in SF and NYC, but the rest of the US is on par with Seattle.
