Does anyone pay more in base than Reddit for DS-Analytics?

meta and google in the bay area or nyc adding up RSU and cash base would make their sênior TC ~300K as of 2022. however, current market is flooded with senior candidates so the competition will probably down level a reddit senior to mid level, unless the candidate is operating at staff level at reddit, which is unlikely based on what i observed at the company

If you include target bonus, tons of places will be competitive. Reddit is only that high because of no bonus. Also for context for others, OP is prob among the highest paid senior DS @Reddit.
