Does google allow to match teams in India after interview in US ?

I interviewed with google for L4 but looks like i didnt do good enogh, so HC cleared me for L3. Still in team matching. But due to this stupid h1b no PP shit, if i'm not able to get matched with the team before end of this week, i'm considering asking for a non US location => probably India(i know pay is not as good as here but being closer to parents and gf would make up for it.. can get laid anytime instead of getting DHS's permission every 6 months 😂).. im mentally prepared to sell my car and takeoff asap. Cant take this stress anymore .. Question is, does google entertain any of this ? Similar question for FB. Info might be useful as im yet to interview there. Ive not yet asked the recruiter about this. But if anybody has any suggestions/pointers, id appreciate it.
