Does google care about spotty resume
If you have gaps and average 2 to 2.5 years stay at companies, does it affect your chance of getting job at google, provided you pass the interview? It’s my dream to work at Google but my career hasn’t exactly been smooth. Twice I have gaps in resume, and I want to leave my current (toxic) job to prep interview and create my own things. Can I get guidance on this. #google

Why do you dream to work at Google?? I have worked at both G and Meta; I can tell you that if you make this your dream you will be thoroughly disappointed. You say you want to create your own things, how does Google help you accomplish this?

It doesn't really make sense to quit and prepare. Coast and prepare.
Politics at meta. I might get dinged at PSC for standing up for myself. This will be demotivating. So was thinking to leave before the mid point check-in
Meta is a horrible place for a lot of people. Especially the fluffy teams.
