Does google tv (latest chromecast released in 2020) need antivirus protection?
My usual guard BitDefender not covering TV OS - they have some Box!?!? to pair it on top of the router to monitor all IoT (this sounds far cry) within wifi Should I need one or just leave it alone? what u guys doing on that now #security #hack #cybersecurity

The least you can do is put your "smart devices" on another network. Give them restricted access to the internet. No access to your personal network. If you want you can expand your restrictions to cover the ports they communicate on & the site's they are allowed to ping.
The s in IoT stands for security.
