I've grown a bit tired of Data Analysis and I want to migrate to DS. The thing is that after getting so many years working with DA it's not really straightforward to jump into the other area of expertise. So I've enrolled myself in some courses (Datacamp, Coursera, Kaggle, etc). But I don't really know what to put into my GitHub account to show that I'm really learning something for portential interviewers. So do you data scientists really have an up to date working account at GitHub? Do you feel that made actual difference on your job hunting? #jobhunt #datascience #dataanalytics #github Updating based on first replies: I'm not a new grad, I've become currently Analytics Manager, but always very hands on. DS work always was another area, another team. Want to give a try on DS/Product Analytics for FAANG
If you're a new grad then some HMs will want to take a look
