But keep in mind that is just a cap on cash salary. If they want to pay you 300k, you might get 150 cash + 150 stock.

And likely first 2 years will include a large signing bonus in place of an equal pile of stock.

For the first two years, offers are mostly cash. Years 3 and 4 are base salary + RSUs. The signing bonus tends to a bit less than the RSUs you will receive on years 3 and 4.

Not sure about the cap or the amount if there is cap. I am making $182k base, L6 SDM. Sunnyvale, Lab126.
160. Lab126 is part of Amazon. May be 180 depending on circumstance and if recruiters let you count it as "SF".
