Does microsoft call or email for rejections?

Just finished final rounds at msft recently. Hr reached out via email and said they wanted to hop on a call today or tomorrow. Email was completely neutral Good sign or bad? I'm dying right now waiting lol Prepping for rejection to try and avoid disappointment here!
