Not providing WFH is a sign of a company stuck in the past imo, in tech it's pretty much standard that you can WFH whenever you need for the most part.
If your company doesn't allow WFH, don't work for them.
I think the average person would be less productive at home, at least at first.
Then that's the managers job to figure out, not the company's....
