Does your company have an education / personal growth budget?
I want to take a product strategy class through reforge or one of these other career growth programs, but they are expensive ($3k to $7k). I need explicit approval at Microsoft to qualify - do other companies offer an education or personal growth budget? Wondering if anyone has had success with reimbursing these courses at their employer and any tips they have! #tech #growth #learning

OP you're right, you need business approval. My understanding in my department is grad school is 100% covered, but you need executive approval to get it.
Yes officially 1 domestic conference, 1 international conference, 1 training. We end up doing more though since some people donโt do any and there is leftover budget. 3-7k sounds right for training in my field. We also fly business/first :p
