They haven't decided yet, we're not back in the office but so far vax or testing.
IBM, all US employees must be vaccinated or they'll be placed on unpaid leave. This is so the company can be compliant with the federal mandate and maintain their federal contracts. This applies to remote employees too.
Get vax or get fired
That sucks! Can they actually enforce that? Can you request full remote if you’re not?
