Don’t know if I can do fintech anymore

I have been part of legacy and high growth fintech start ups and after the latest reorg/lay off I am completely fried. I am sure at this point I’m next and I am wondering if leaving financial services would give me some peace. I do risk and compliance. I am thinking I just focus on working the tech industry, but am I kidding myself that tech vs fintech is any different in the horrible burn out? I got a job offer with Spotify two years ago and it was my way out and I am so disappointed I didn’t take it.
