What are your thoughts on the Doordash app? What do you think are some changes that could be made to the product to improve the UI? What are your biggest complaints? How do you think we compare with uberEats or instacart or any other service if you use UberEats or any others?
Pay your employees instead of making customers tip
But then Raj won’t be able to pay $0 tip.

I use DoorDash 2-3x a month and probably spend hours scrolling and trying to decide how to use my $5 Chase credit. I think you should figure out a way to promote more restaurants that are pricing their food on DoorDash similar to in restaurant. I'm not saying equal, but not 30% more. Sometimes I'll come across multiple restaurants in a row that do this and it deters me from wanting to order or I'll just order directly from the restaurant. Tbf that's also a problem with Uber Eats, but not so much Instacart cause I'm usually ordering groceries which have a higher oder minimum and I guess don't need to be marked up? I think you should play around with different ways to navigate/organize a menu automatically for a restaurant. Scrolling is fine.. but can deter me from a place if they poorly organizes their menu and it's hard to find the best items. Customer reviews could use some love and be more front and centers. The promos could be better. 20% off up to $5 doesn't even negate the fees sometimes. I like the live tracking of the order and my drivers have always been good.
Better than uberEats and grubhub. Just stop hiring criminals and illegal people.
The person delivering the food is different from what's shown in the app
Stop it Rajesh
