Doordash doesn't have a bonus. Or 401k matching. Doordash is cheaper than Amazon
Doordash have 401k match since last year, did you leave the company before? No bonus though and ALMOST as cheap as Amazon.
Don’t trust refresher numbers from recruiter. My friend got 40k over two years lol.

They're good, comparable to Meta on a per year comparison I came from Meta hence I know the ranges

curious where you're getting the info from? I see some pretty good offers on levels but seems either DD is doing worse, or they're giving less now that they've switched to a 40/30/20/10 structure.
Friend got a DD PM5 offer with 600k vesting over 4 years, but then again this was about 9 months ago so unsure if they followed this new vesting structure
