Doordash Strategy & Ops Compensation?
Hi, I’m an analyst at the digital advertising arm of Walmart with 1.5 YoE and recently got an offer from DoorDash in their CX strategy & ops group as an associate. I wanted to ask if the compensation package I was offered was aligned with the company/industry avg. Cash base: $95k RSU: $52k (vesting 4yrs 25% per year) Any helpful insights will be much appreciated!

Looks right based on YOE. My friend with 7 YOE got hired at manager level in their finance org (also non-tech) and was offered 145 base and 120 stock.
