Have 2 offers: 1. Snowflake: Sr. Solutions Architect. TC: 290K 2. EPAM: Director / Data & Analytics Consultant. TC: 310K YOE: 20+ Any thoughts?
OP, can you post your interview experience?
EPAM interviews were exploratory type, no scripted questions. Snowflake interviews were more structured including 2 loop sessions - one around architecture, the other was a simulation of a client consultation. There were prep materials / homework for both. There were also typical scripted behavioral questions "Tell me about the time..."
Hi , i have a solution architect interview lined up, can you please share any info that would help. Like will there be any LC questions? Or what topics should we concentrate more for this role
Architect > consultant if you are more into design
Thank you for voting and answers! Would you mind sharing your criteria?
Working for a platform vs a systems integrator has a better lifestyle since it’s generally more profitable and better wlb and power and control over what you have to do vs a services provider.
Makes sense. Thank you!
Could u pls share offer breakdown and location?
Where did you end up going
Snowflake
