Dropbox - head of product marketing comp questions

Folks, any insight into the comp levels for head of product marketing at Dropbox? 2-3 reports and NOT a Director, as I was told by the recruiter. Was quoted at $330k all in. Two questions: - Is it likely to negotiate the total pay up to $400k - Is it possible to negotiate the level up to Director? Thanks a lot
