I'm interested in working at Dropbox and I've been looking into their benefits, which seem great in general. The one benefit I can't fully get information on is the fertility assistance program. Dropbox says they have one, but there's no details. Can Someone provide me with the details of this program? - How much money do they provide? - What kind of treatments do they cover? - Is it inclusive for LGBTQ+ employees? In other words, does it require you to have a proven medical history of infertility in order to receive the assistance? Thanks in advance! #dropbox #benefits #fertilityassistance #tech
Dropbox offers fertility benefits via progyny smart cycle. Dm me if u need more details
Do you know if there is a waiting period after joining before you can use the progyny benefit?
Dont believe there is any wait period but confirm it with your recruiter.
If they’re using Carrot like most companies seem to, then I can maybe help. I’ve seen anywhere from 25k to 85k depending on which company you’re working for. They cover pretty much everything that your fertility clinic is willing to put into writing is required for your/your partner’s treatment. And having an infertility diagnosis helps for tax purposes (becomes a tax exempt medical procedure); without a diagnosis it’ll be taxed as income.
Thank you! This is super helpful. I'm pretty sure they're using Carrot.
