I was sent a very vague one line email asking to speak to the recruiter after my onsite. I'm wondering why the recruiter wants to talk after my on-site interview. I'm typically used to rejection via email and not being called so I'm slightly optimistic.
You didn’t include “can be either way” option
Almost all companies I have interviewed at (except Google and Datadog) sends rejection over email and only call when they want to move forward.
I was rejected. They told me that they would love to keep me in the loop for future job postings. Not entirely sure what that means but it smells like BS.
No cool down either.
What was phone screen like? Have one in few weeks.
Recruiter phone screen is basic tell me About projects. The HM phone screen was the weirdest “trick question” based interview ever.
Is it from leetcode?
How long did it take for you to receive the email after your onsite interview?
