Dropbox RSU price
I got an offer from Dropbox and am set to join mid-Nov. How is the RSU price evaluated? Is it the average price in Oct or some later date? Offer says "prior month". Is it prior month of join date (oct) or grant date (if grant happens in Dec)? Can any recently joined Dropbox folks confirm? TC 360k, YOE 10 years @Dropbox

IC3 and 360k.
It will depend on offer - some translate to stock count in offer , some give dollar value
I have the dollar value and most offers seem to use dollar value.

Dropbox RSU grants are done quarterly, so I think it’ll be the price in Oct. if you start this year. Double check with your recruiter to be sure.
You'll get December's price if you join November
Thanks. So the grant happens in Jan, more than 1.5 months after join? Does the stock vest on join date or grant date?
Don't remember the specifics, but it's much closer to join date than grant date.
