Asking as I have an offer on the table.
Couldn’t you ask the recruiter for this information? I don’t think the employees can give you this information
Last equity round had share price at $19.1, but those are preferred shares. You should discount yours at 20-30% from that.
Ask your recruiter. They will tell you
Are they legally required to give an accurate number as of today? Asking because I've seen recruiters often BS about the future growth aspwcts
Ask for number of outstanding shares, not value of shares
You should ask for both, but you also need to know the 409a valuation.
Interviewed with Dropbox recently. Recruiter won't tell you shit except the valuation in 2014. You're expected to extrapolate yourself
Did you take the offer?
No I joined Facebook
I’ve seen the number on another thread here which is the same I got cited earlier this year. Nowhere near $19.10.
Hey Dropbox, you should probably rescind this guys offer if his job ever involves googling stuff.
Hey smarty pants, The latest valuation I see per common stock is Jan, 2017. Crunchbase gives me company valuation but not the number of outstanding stocks
There is only one outstanding stock.
