Dropbox ops/data Director salary
Hello blind peeps, Expecting an offer ops/data director. What should I expect in terms of Base, bonus and stock? Not enough data in Glassdoor.

Not worth it - stay at the G and save yourself the headache. They're never going to ipo
The role is more impactful than at the G and would be having more responsibilities and would be managing a bigger team. The problems I would be solving are more complicated. Given the risk of not going ipo soon, what should I ask for?
