Dropbox stock price

Will Dropbox stock price ever rise? I am so repenting not signing my Atlassian offer. My TC would have doubled by now. Atlassian stocks are performing so well. Why do our stocks never perform well?

no

Not when other other companies are giving away storage with their product

How was your atlassiam offer ?

Dropbox ud4nk OP Nov 16, 2021

150k less than Dropbox . But my portfolio would have been 200k more as compared to Dropbox had I signed their offer. There stocks are performing so well.

And now google drive is killing it wirh everything integrated

Why are you holding DBX? Just sell it and diversify?

Capital One eXwk33. Nov 16, 2021

Dropbox is overpriced and less convenient than Apple or Google offerings. Unfortunately for dropbox they can’t really afford to lower their pricing since that is there only revenue source. Given this I suspect there financials and revenue growth continue to flounder unless they somehow make a way better product

Amazon megapuff77 Nov 16, 2021

1 year in and they still don’t have an M1 compatible app. I use a 3rd party client now. WTF is going on at DBX?

If we could predict stock prices then we wouldn’t be on here bragging about how much we make at our corporate jobs 😛

Dropbox made a bad move with migrating off cloud services for storage. Ever since that happened they stopped innovating anything to keep up with the times. I’d imagine that they’re now unable to just focus on the customer and instead have to decide between investing in the customer or maintaining / improving storage and costs.
