Best app to buy otc stocks?

Like pink sheet stocks or other OTC stocks? Are there apps for this? I hear apps like Robinhood have a little but they mostly go for listed stocks. Sorry I am a noob

I heard Robinhood doesn't support most OTC stocks. I'm looking more so to just mess around and buy Penny stocks and OTC stocks
