Dubai freelance visa

Hey all, anyone heard of it? Apparently UAE is giving a 3 year renewable visa for anyone to freelance, use free hot desks, and pay no taxes. Has anyone applied? I can't find any official site to do so. Too many youtube channels and some #LinkedIn posts advertising specific sites to apply the visa, but there is no official site. I don't really trust the other sources. Anyone has any experience and can guide?
