Does being physically attractive hurt or help your career?
With Motif now being decomissioned, came across M1 finance. How's it? Any preferred alternatives?#investments #personalfinance
M1 investing is great. It took me while to get used to the Pie creation. But once you set it up, it is great for passive investing. M1 Borrow and M1 Spend are good too. I mainly use M1 as a personal line of credit for various reasons nowadays. Somethings I did not like: - M1 investing and M1 Spend are different accounts. ACH transfers usually end up in investing account and not in Spend account. It is a hassle to transfer from one to another all the time. Robinhood cash management is more transparent, IMO. - Dealing with M1 customer service sucks. Once I found weird behavior when trying to pay back to M1 Borrow and it ended up investing and selling shares with that amount on the same day. But their customer service just wasnt helpful at all.
I like M1. Been using it for a while. Also stumbled on this app Newday Impact Investing. I like the sustainable mission like Mottiff. But their app has bugs. Testing it out now
Been using m1 for a few months, and like it. Customer service can be better but it's not too bad, I send an email and get response next day
M1 finance only allow citizen and green card holders
Love it. Same use case as Motif: build-your-own-ETF. Also a bunch of value added features like a 1% back debit card and 2% margin loans
