Got an offer for SWE at Albertsons. How does it look? Base: 180k Bonus: 20% RSU: 400k/4 TC: 316k YOE: 9 I did get downleveled unfortunately. I am very disappointed as I was expecting >1M TC based on the feedback from the community here. This seems like a lowball. Should I take the offer anyways just for the prestige?
