HR Director is having open affair with COO. No employees feel safe going to HR for issues involving COO or other managers. Only person to go to would be President but he is not often available. Not sure what to do without getting fired.
How big is your company? Maybe they are just playing house in company playground 😂
Document everything, if you talk to president follow up via email and if you notice retaliatory behaviors coming from coo or hr after the fact, document it. Good thing to do is send emails to yourself as things happen, screenshot slacks etc. If you have good performance appraisal and then the next one you're a low performer out of no where, document that etc.
