High pay, meaningless work
I was working for Ericsson back in India. The work culture was horrible. The managers were totally insane (my manager was very nice and he belong to a very small group of good managers). Moved on for a better opportunity but I still want to work at Ericsson one day. Is the work culture still bad or things have changed lately?
Which country do you live in? If Europe is an option, there the work culture and WLB are above average. New CEO has brought changes to the better business and organizational-wise, so things are probably better than when you left. I’m curious, what makes you want to work for /// again?
How is the WLB in Ericsson US?
Too broad statement and question. You know why you want to come back so you know the answer to your question as well
