EB GC doesn’t do enough to promote diversity
Can we please advocate for a truly diverse system? The fairest would be to pause the EB system until Bhutan, the ivory coast and other underrepresented countries catch up to an equal share. Countries like France, Iran and the UK need to be backlogged until Uganda, Nepal and Serbo Croatia have just as many GCs. Please - stop flooding this country and let our underrepresented brothers and sisters make the US truly diverse

Diversity is what runs company dude. Do you think FAANG needs talent? No they need diversity. Diverse people can scale the system, develop machine learning models etc. Diversity >>> Master's degree candidates who knows how to do job. You need more Nepalese, Iranian, Bhutanese, Kenyan etc. Stop taking skilled people, diversity lottery is best thing USA has and 100% of US immigration should be through Diversity Visa or illegal immigration. Stop most Europeans, Asians from any GC or visa. This country needs diversity more than talent or leading edge tech companies like FAANG or good economy, if FAANG don't like it let them leave USA. Who needs Amazon in USA? If needed, ICE needs to start deporting white Americans so it can be filled with diverse people! I would be fine with US in recession but I can't tolerate US not being diverse enough. I am black African American, if you argue to this, you are racist and you don't support diversity in USA & against minority. Period.

Most Indians would not be here if not for their country of birth privilege. WITCHAS as all Indian and sponsor about 50% of the GC and h1bs. Don’t even get me started on the desi consultants that are 100% Indian. Also Indians only refer Indians at workplace. This is not necessarily bad but privilege goes both ways.
EB GC doesn't do that because it's not a visa for diversity. There is one for it, it's called diversity visa. Add additional visas to diversity visa if you are sincere about diversity.
