EB1

Is it possible to apply for EB1 By getting references from renowned people in the field, but without publications and PhD ?

CommScope importIQ May 11, 2022

You can apply, sure. You won't get it approved

What is the solution of the priority date is like May 2018 and got i140 approved for more than 6 months? Just leave the country knowing that green card might never happen?

There aren't any good options. You are in the slow queue - so either be ready for visa shenanigans for pretty much your active career or get a manager role outside the country for a year and come back to file in eb1.

Without publications close to zero chances. Without PhD many have done it.

No. This will be a straight denial.

What’s your biggest achievement? I knew a friend who gone through eb1 in art performance major. For me I got my eb1 during PhD with citations around 50 in EE when applying and 20+ top-tier conference (<25%)/journal papers.

Can you please elaborate the terms? In EE ; <25%
