EB2 Priority Date and Downgrade
I am an Indian National. My priority date (EB2) is Feb 2018. With all the movement happening in EB3 for India, I am considering to downgrade to EB3 from EB2. Shall I do it since these dates can fluctuate a lot. Also is it going to be trend for next few month that dates will be moving at such a rapid rate or will it regress for both EB2 and EB3 for India. #EB2 #EB3 #workvisa

Mine is 2014 and even with these new things I don't even know if anything is going to materialize for me. If I were you I will watch what happens after election These dates are progressed because family GC is banned by Trump but won't be forever
