Invest in fundrise ?
Has anyone here tried Fundrise for investment ? Seems like a good option for diversification. Thoughts/recommendations ?
I have. Invested a small amount 3-4 years ago. No real complaints dividends show up every quarter. Only thing is itโs not liquid. But Iโm just collecting dividends right now. Should actually up our investment.
I am currently using. Just doing like 50-75 dollars a month. Same outcome as the person above ๐

similar to fundrise i invest in very multifamily specialized botique group called Zovest Capital. They buy very well vetted assets, unlike fundrise its not a platform for many investment property owners. They buy and manage themselves. checkout zovest.com if you d like to learn more. Is it ok to invest in Zovest on an H1B visa? How have the appreciation/cash-flow been?
Real estate isn't liquid at all. You could just buy a REIT instead for similar returns
