What is happening at Qualtrics? I see a lot of people recently leaving for Amazon and other places. EC2 is a huge org with lots of Ops, incomparable to ops at Qualtrics. Wlb is incomparable as well.

I see a point of moving from Q to Amazon. But only if you are unhappy at Q. Otherwise, TC wise no difference. It seems Q is giving good offers these days, as I heard.

Lol no. I came here as a new grad. The offers I had from amzn and q were comparable and I ended up choosing the q.
