Selling Turo unvested pre-ipo stocks

Hi everyone, I joined turo after they filed s1 hoping they will go ipo within a few months but it’s been almost 3 years and I don’t see them going ipo anytime soon. Because of personal reasons, I plan to switch companies asap, but don’t want to throw away my stocks that are worth over 100k. I hear you can sell pre ipo stocks in secondary markets, if you work or have worked at turo before or any other pre ipo company and have any advice or guidance on how I can take advantage of these stocks without having to wait for ipo event, I’d really appreciate it.
