Got a call with Klaviyo for an SDE role.
The work seems nice (atleast from the tech blogs)
Would be great if anyone working there can share more info about the work culture and compensation (Tier 1/2/3).
Thanks !

IIRC they are always indirectly looking for culture fit even in technical rounds.
Their interview process (March 2019) is a bit different. The onsite was one bash skills round with SRE’s, one pair programming session where you have to fix code that has errors in it or is just poorly written, then there’s a whiteboard round of LC questions. Those questions were easy-medium at the most. Not Amazon or Google onsite level at all.
I didn’t get an offer cause their stack is Python, Java and they felt I was more interested in working in my current domain (C++ and systems). Plus I was not going exactly per the SRE feedback when I’d get stuck on the command line round. They liked my engineering skills though as told to me by the VP in my post onsite feedback. I was happy enough with that.
I interviewed there last year , got an onsite too. They’re super into culture fit, so be careful of that.
lots of behavioral questions ? what is the interview difficulty compared to Amazon / Google ? Thanks.
