It looks like Spacex is actively hiring right now. Most of their software engineering job description have very minimal requirements, which makes me think they are hiring for entry-level/junior. I’ve sent out 9 applications a few days ago and already have 4 auto rejects. I think my resume is decently competitive, only looking for the chance to interview. The job descriptions have very little in terms of requirements, so I’m wondering how I can tailor my resume for these positions? Also should I apply for the same position at each location separately? Lastly, if anyone can spot me a referral I would greatly appreciate. TC 140 YOE 1.5-2

SpaceX ain’t easy to get into to. Especially for entry level engineers usually need something that makes you stand out from the rest just to get a call back. And no you don’t need separate apps for other locations. If you’ve already sent 9 applications and haven’t heard back within a month it probably ain’t happening without serious changes to your resume
And there are no secrets to tailoring your resume for the role. Use whatever you can on the posting, but if there is hardly anything to use then don't worry about it. Tailoring doesn't help much, your resume will need to be impressive enough on its own without tailoring.
