I got an offer from that. It is easier in that you don’t have onsite and it’s less interviews. Also the competition pool is smaller. Bar might be slightly lower too. However, treat it as you would any L3 google, you will be asked the same difficulty (med-hard is about right). Committee still needs to approve. 1 phone screen 45 min, then 2 phone screens / hangouts back to back. Explanation matters most, then correctness, then good coding style and effectiveness.
