FAANG mortgage lender gets BANGed: First Republic Bank 💀

My friends were non stop raving about First Republic bank and how they had greatly benefited from their “legendary” Eagle Community Home Loan Program. Curious to see this legendary program, i googled it and here is what i found:- Looks like they got BANGed pretty hard. They went from offering the lowest rate to now potentially the highest rate.
