EPAM Sr. Product Manager Salary/WLB
Hi, Entering round 3 of interviews for EPAM as a Sr. product Manager. Wanted to get a sense of salary, bonus, stock, sign-on they would provide. Additionally, would love to know the typically culture/WLB. I’ll be remote working in the North East. TC: 175k

Good luck! TC is in line with what you are making now. 15% bonus, LTIP that vests over 4 years. Maybe a small sign on bonus. They recently started offering espp as well.
