Both consultants act as middle men eating your comp. Why not just work for their customers directly (like Google)
Do not know about Nielsen but to get job at EPAM the only thing you need to have is pulse. Getting job at Google is two orders of magnitude harder.
I have only these two offers. So, I was thinking that If anyone can give an overview of EPAM (Big Data Domain), it will be helpful for me. NielsenIQ is a product-based company and EPAM is Service Based Product Development company.
