Yes but as long as you are doing it in a proper company and you have been working abroad for more than 3 years they will be less suspicious that you are gaming the system. A lot of Indian consultancy companies and Indian outsourcing companies game this system. People just go away for a year and then come back so that they are eligible for Eb-1C

I dont see why not as long as they meet the criteria. From what I hear, USCIS is getting stricter with these, and a lot more checks and balances are done, so you got have all your ducks in a row.
