Interviewing for an Assistant Director role in Experience Management at EY-Parthenon. What should salary expectations be for this role? I am struggling to find anything online. Would 150k be a high ask on my end?
Wtf! Seniors make 200k. You’re really interviewing for AD?
Where? In advisory?
Tech consulting
Target 250 then they will come with their best offer
Target 300
Sad to see EY folks spreading so much misinformation and misleading others
No ones spreading misinformation, AD’s shouldn’t be earning 150k. Seniors depending on service line go min 100k+
OP is asking for AD in experience management. You need to understand the different orgs and functions in EY. As for the seniors I know a lot who are below 100K based on location, yoe and service line
If it's an Experience Management role then you are not client-facing and good luck getting 6 figures, let alone the absurd numbers others are throwing out.
Assistant director= manager. Experience management is an internal role and 150 sounds about right. Client facing in Parthenon would be 225+
I believe manager at EYP makes 200k so you can easily try for 200k at minimum.
