*posting for a friend Hey guys, I’m expecting offers for: 1) Business Consulting (Finance practice) at EY (not Parthenon) 2) Business Valuations practice at Deloitte Which role has better exits in terms of WLB, growth, salary? Which offer would you choose? What level are they offering you at EY? If its staff level you should atleast expect 85k in HCOL cities I think

What does EY biz consulting do? I thought their consulting was Parthenon.
Is business valuation an advisory practice? I'm surprised total comp is at 65, I would have thought it should be higher if it's in consulting. I would recommend whatever gives you the best exit ops, which in this case I believe is Deloitte.
