EY Tech Consulting SM vs Digital BCG Project Leader?
Got my SM promotion for EY Tech Consulting and have a offer from Digital BCG Project Leader, is this a no-brainer decision? EY SM Base: $225k Bonus: ~$15k BCG Project Leader Base: $255k Bonus: ~$60k Need help! Need to make a decision in 2 weeks!
No brained unless u put urself in a risky position like leading projects that u don't ve expertise

Are you sure that’s the right BCG TC? I’ve seen different numbers. Either way I would take the BCG offer
Yeah BCG PL pay seems high, OP should be aware that bonus will scale much faster at BCG than any other non-MBB consultancy
