EY offer valuation
Hello, Got an offer from EY as a senior consultant III in the FSO IT advisory. They are offering 135K+ some sign on bonus. I pushed to get manager I but seems like they can’t do that. I have asked for more, but they are saying 135k is the max they can go What do you guys think? Can I push for more? Location - NY YOE- 6 TC current - 110K

Can I? They said the max they have for SC 3 is 135k manager starts at 140k

From what I understand 140k is where manager starts.
For manager what is the typical range to ask for in terms of TC? Also should sign-on typically be requested or offered?
140-180k. And yes, sign on is often available. 10k is fine. 20k is if they have to buy you out of something like a bonus you have to pay back to your old company for leaving early.
My offer two years ago for cyber sector was 150k base and 5k sign on. At the time I had 5 YOE and location was LA

Did you initially push for higher and they eventually met you half way? Also, I see mixed reviews, (more negative) on working with B4s - underpaid, WLB. Any thoughts?
I recently got an offer as Senior Consultant in EY location: Atlanta, GA EOY: 5+ yrs base: 135K sign-on bonus: 10K yearly bonus: 10-15% depends on individual + company performance

Was it level 2 or 3?

135K is max, you will have to push for manager for higher TC, if you have an MBA or Masters then you can probably get in at M1
I pushed them for 120k for consultant level and they revoked my offer
How much sign on? That’s a good base
I am yet to hear about the sign off, maybe 5/10k
