EY senior consultant annual bonus?
My sister has an offer from EY for senior consultant Data science in Atlanta. Her compensation is 125k base salary + 20k sign on and annual bonus is variable. Can EY folks chime in, how does the annual bonus look like? She has 3 yoe non US. #ey #consulting #data
I had a friend on Data side of the world and his bonus has gone upto 15%
I’m from the same practice and even with the highest rating it was at 11% and this was supposedly the highest bonus ever. So in all likelihood it won’t be like this again. I’d put it at 3-8%
