EY to Accenture?
Should I jump to Accenture for more base pay and a title bump? I love EY and hesitant about the culture of Accenture especially after reading they might do layoffs. How is the culture and career growth look like at Accenture? Is this a bad move leaving EY for more $$ during uncertain times? Any advice is appreciated. Perhaps try to move to a tech company where you're given RSUs instead of relying just on base and a small bonus. Accenture is more system implementations and EY is more tax and strategy. That changes the culture a bit. For prestige, EY is part of the big4 whereas Accenture is lower tier.
What level and practice is there for ? Feel like you can push for more. $80k now a days given to fresh analysts out of college.
