Early Careers at Goldman Sachs?
Wanted to get anyone’s thoughts on the program. I’m in B4 non FS looking to break into finance now and saw these interesting roles GS posted. The roles require little to no experience, is this true? I believe I have all the other necessary interpersonal skills with a strong academic background. Brutal honesty is greatly appreciated! #goldmansachs

I think it depends what you want to do specifically. Every bank is different when it comes to entry level programs.
These roles could be an interesting foot in the door, but you should emphasize seat (skills you’ll be developing) over brand name (GS)
